Create by using PGE01 5.0.48_3 (AM1M_0mc 3.3.182) using the exact same inputs as for PGE01 6.0.13, and the same versions of all downstream PGEs.

Ask CM to turn off automatic updates of utcpole.dat until the test is complete, and to make sure that all minions assigned to the test instance have the same version of the utcpole.dat file currently installed before the test starts.
