PGE11 v5.3.31 & PGE75 v5.1.9 16-day Global Test

Test Objective:
To evaluate the PGE11 version 5.3.31 and PGE75 version 5.1.9 by comparing to the data from the operational C5 version. The test will also verify the patch to fix a bug related to cloud/snow flag in version 5.3.30.

Input DataSet: Use the C5 L1B and cloud mask from the baseline (LAADS AS230/315) and use all ancillaries and environment used in this baseline.

Actions:

Run the test of Land Surface Reflectance (Version 5.3.31) and its downstream (operational C5 used with the baseline version of PGE11 5.3.29 AS315) for the 2 16-day periods from Aqua and Terra.
